Oliver Burkeman - The Antidote: Happiness for People Who Can’t Stand Positive Thinking
Exploring the “negative path” to well-being.
I’ve recently read this book and it has opened my eyes to new ways of dealing with problems. I’ve tried an advice written there and it has worked. The key advice for me was considering negative experience as something normal, part of life without bad (negative) connotation. Since I has started applying it everyday I feel much better.
It is suitable for anyone having depression or problems with himself and his character. Book designed for tumblr people.
