JULIA BROWN :: LIBRARY 

So I spent a couple of days last month in and around Baltimore, Maryland to see my homies in Teen Suicide, and Pill Friends, and everyone else who is rad as fuck that I know there.

While I was hanging out, sacred homie Sam Ray showed me a couple songs from his new band, “Julia Brown”.  I got to sing on one of the songs, and I’ve since heard the whole album about a hundred times.  

It’s honestly one of the best records i’ve heard in a long time, and this could be my favorite track from it.  It reaches for something pure and beautiful, and finds it by being real.

This album is going to fucking rule.

Škótsko // 4. december // Deň #083

Už od dnes nie som oficiálne študentom, zrušili mi môj študentský účet. Samozrejme som sa už nemohol pripojiť na net, aj keď si ešte stále platím celú sumu za ubytovanie. Hnusoby. Našťastie môj kamarát z Fínska mi dal jeho prihlasovacie údaje a tak môžem ďalej surfovať. Byt opúšťam o týždeň v stredu, jednu noc prespím u kamarátky a odlietam na SK. Dnes som si hľadal rôzne veci ohľadne Londýna, robil plány a kúpil si za 13 libier lístok z Aberdeenu do Londýna na 10. januára. Je to na ďalší deň ako sem priletím z Viedne. Dnes som si robil výborne vajíčkové chlebíčky so šunkou a syrom. Tak dlho som si nepochutil na niečom takom dobrom. Vybavil som burzu kníh v Žiline, takže už expandujeme aj na sever a veľmi sa z toho teším. Bude to v skvelom priestore žilinskej Stanice a pomáhať mi (aj s plagátom) bude moja skvelá kamarátka Paja. Tu je k nej event: http://www.facebook.com/events/175833549224380/. Volal som s bratom, riešili sme knižnicu a ostatné veci. Budúci rok vyzerá veľmi zaujímavo a už sa na neho teším. Len už chcem odtiaľto odísť a byť na Slovensku s rodinou a všetkými skvelými kamarátmi. A potom Londýn a celkom iný život…
